⚙️ What You’ll Actually Do
This isn’t a glorified to-do list.
This is about orchestrating the pace of an entire business and personal ecosystem.
You’ll work directly with the two founders of Eyr Holistic to make sure their time, tasks, travel, and teams are moving smoothly.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Own calendars, inboxes, bookings, and logistics
- Be the point person for travel, interviews, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
- Help with hiring and onboarding: scheduling interviews, prepping docs, chasing tasks
- Act as a sounding board and second brain: prioritize, simplify, and follow through
- Manage small projects and process improvements that free up founder bandwidth
- Learn the founders’ voice, preferences, and pace—and match it
