About the Role
Eyr Holistic is a fast-growing Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, operating multiple eight to nine-figure brands including Norse Organics, Frøya Organics, Primal Viking, and Arctic Goddess. Our mission is to free one hundred million people through natural, high-quality products — and we hire for radical ownership, taste, and an obsessive standard of work.
We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Copywriter to help grow two of these brands, Norse Organics and Frøya, through world-class email marketing.
This isn't an execution-only role. You'll be trusted to turn simple creative briefs into complete email campaigns by developing the angle, core message, structure, and final copy yourself. Your work will reach millions of readers and directly contribute to millions in revenue.
Responsibilities
- Write high-performing email campaigns for Norse Organics and Frøya.
- Turn simple creative briefs into compelling, launch-ready emails with minimal guidance.
- Independently develop the angle, core message, structure, and copy for each campaign.
- Deeply understand our audience and write copy that is relevant, engaging, and persuasive.
- Ensure every email aligns with each brand's voice, strategy, and long-term business goals.
- Continuously improve your work through feedback and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Strategist and Email Designer to create best-in-class email campaigns.
Requirements
Strong copywriting experience.
Proven email marketing copywriting experience.
Excellent written English.
Strong understanding of persuasion and direct response marketing principles.
Ability to deeply understand an audience and write specifically for them.
Ability to think independently, creatively, and strategically.
Ability to consistently produce high-quality work with minimal revisions.
Ability to work quickly, manage deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving your craft.
Nice to Have
Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands.
Experience writing for health, wellness, skincare, or supplement brands.
Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
Experience working with high-volume email marketing programs.
Experience using customer research, reviews, and data to inform copywriting decisions.
