About the role

We are looking for a Brand Experience Partner to own Frøya's in-person brand experiences fromend to end, designing them, producing them, and hosting them, starting in the US and growing into other regions over time. It is an unusual role that brings together two skill sets which rarely live in the same person: the producer who runs flawless logistics, and the host who can hold a room with real warmth.

The first project

Your first project is a compact tour of three to five northern US cities, run back to back over roughly one to two weeks, targeted for late 2026. It is the first chapter of an ongoing practice.
After the US
We will keep building in Europe and open new regions as our community grows. The engagement runs about three to four months from start to finish: planning, the tour itself, and a full debrief afterward.

What you'll do

• Design each tour with us: the cities, the formats, the order, and a pace that stays efficient without draining the energy each event needs.
• Own execution on the ground, city to city, across venues, vendors, catering, photographers, styling, and logistics.
• Recruit and manage local help in each city.
• Host events on Frøya's behalf when the format allows, and co-host alongside our Head of Brand when she is present.
• Learn Frøya's products, ingredients, and story deeply enough to answer any guest question in the moment.
• Represent Frøya consistently in every vendor and partner conversation.
• Debrief after each event, review the content, and refine the playbook based on what actually happened.

How we think about events

Our first two events, in New York and London, taught us a few things we would want you to bringfrom day one:
•Impact and ROI mindset: the hundred people in the room are the beginning, not the point. What matters is what the event becomes over the following months (content, community growth, press, and real business impact), so you design each event with that in mind from the start.
• Event psychology: an event's strongest moments tend to come at the arrival and toward theclose, not in the middle, and you build the run of show to protect both.
• Format thinking: you match each format (a gathering, pop-up, dinner, or workshop) to one clear goal, rather than mixing several into a single event.

What you'll bring

• A rare combination of producer and host: meticulous logistics, budget discipline, and vendor negotiation, together with real warmth, high emotional intelligence, and the stamina to be fully present for hours in a room of a hundred people.
• The confidence to be the face of Frøya when our Head of Brand is not there, and the ease totake a supporting role when she is, without ego either way.
• Taste that matches ours: Nordic minimalism, warmth, understatement, community first, and deliberately not influencer-driven.
• Full availability for each tour window (roughly one to two weeks, back to back), which means it isnot a fit alongside other commitments during those weeks.
• A time zone that allows close coordination with our team, and a willingness to travel with the tour. Being US-based is a plus for the first tour but is not required.

Nice to have

• An existing network in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• A natural feel for content and social media.
• Experience with values-led brands.
• Familiarity with Nordic aesthetics or values.

Ready when you are.
